Directors and Officers of Grizzly Oil Sands

Mike Liddell
Mike Liddell is the Chairman of Gulfport Energy Corporation (“Gulfport”) and a Director of Grizzly Oil Sands (“Grizzly”). Mr. Liddell has served as a director of Gulfport since July 1997, as Chief Executive Officer of Gulfport from April 1998 to December 2005 and as its Chairman of the Board of Directors since July 1998. Mr. Liddell served as President of Gulfport from July 2000 to December 2005. In addition, Mr. Liddell served as Chief Executive Officer of DLB Oil & Gas, Inc. (“DLB”) from October 1994 to April 1998, and as a director of DLB from 1991 through April 1998. From 1991 to 1994 Mr. Liddell was President of DLB. From 1979 to 1991 he was President and Chief Executive Officer of DLB Energy. Mr. Liddell holds a B.S. in education from Oklahoma State University. Mr. Liddell lives in Edmond, Oklahoma.

Antony T.F. Lundy
Antony T.F. Lundy is the Chairman and a Director of Grizzly. Mr. Lundy is partner of Ponacka Capital Ltd., located in Toronto, Ontario. Since March 2005, Mr. Lundy has advised Wexford Capital LLC (“Wexford”) on Canadian public and private investments. From 2000 to 2004 Mr. Lundy was a managing director in the energy group at Deutsche Bank. From 1983 to 1988 and from 1989 to 2000 he was employed by Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, serving in the energy group. In 1988 to 1989 Mr. Lundy served as Vice President — Mergers and Acquisitions at Castle & Cooke, Inc. in Los Angeles, California. Mr. Lundy holds a B.S. in economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and is a CFA charter holder. Mr. Lundy lives in Toronto, Ontario.

John V. Pearce
John V. Pearce is the CEO of Grizzly Oil Sands; joining Grizzly on September 1, 2008. Prior to joining Grizzly, Mr. Pearce served as Director of Business Development, Thermal Heavy Oil, for Devon Canada. Mr. Pearce managed Devon's portfolio of thermal heavy oil leases and was responsible for development of the Jackfish project area and Access Pipeline. From 1991 through 1996 Mr. Pearce served as President of Premier Environmental Management, where he was responsible for the creation of detailed and conceptual designs for thermal and primary heavy oil projects in Alberta, Italy, and Oman, among other assignments.  From 1984 through 1991 Mr. Pearce worked for Esso Resources Canada Ltd., serving in various positions during the early stages of development of the Cold Lake in-situ projects. Mr. Pearce received a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Alberta and is a Professional Engineer. Mr. Pearce lives in Calgary, Alberta.

Tracy Dick
Tracy Dick serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Grizzly under a Shared Services Agreement with Windsor. Ms. Dick has over 16 years experience in the financial and accounting fields including her most recent work with Hiland Capital Partners.  Ms. Dick earned her Bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder in 1993 and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).  Ms. Dick is a member of the AICPA and COPUS.

Key Personnel

Steven G. Jones
Steven G. Jones has worked as the Senior Geologist with Grizzly since its inception under a Shared Services Agreement with Windsor. Mr. Jones has a total of 31 years of petroleum geology experience in the U.S. Midcontinent and in the Rocky Mountain regions of the U.S. and Canada. From 1992 to 2006 Mr. Jones was the Chief Geologist with Gulf Production Corp. and Gulf Exploration Corp., an Oklahoma City based independent producer. From 1986 to 1992 he also worked as an exploration geologist with the Anschutz Corporation. From 1979 to 1986 Mr. Jones served as a petroleum geologist in exploration and production with Harper Oil Company (later Midcon Exploration Corp.). From 1976 to 1979 Mr. Jones worked as a wellsite geologist with the Geological Logging Company. Steve Jones received a B.S. in Geology from Midwestern State University in 1976. Mr. Jones has been an active member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists since 1979 and a former member of A.A.P.G. House of Delegates. Mr. Jones has also been an active member of the Oklahoma City Geological Society since 1976 and is a former member of the O.C.G.S. Executive Committee.

Ash Hall
Ash Hall has been a geologist with Grizzly since August 2007 under a Shared Services Agreement with Windsor. From July 2006 to August 2007 he was a geologist at Gulfport. From May 2005 to August 2005 and May 2006 to July 2006 he was a geologist for Latigo Petroleum. From July 2003 to December 2003 Mr. Hall worked as a geologist for the New Mexico Geological Society. Mr. Hall holds a B.S. in Geology from the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology and is a candidate for an M.S. in Geology at Oklahoma State University pending review of his thesis.
